Our process
The requirements become more clear, possible solutions are starting to appear. As we are doing our due diligence making sure there are no surprises/unknowns final concept is proposed.
Depending on the application it might be a good idea to include a proof of concept phase before full design and development begins.
Upon proposal acceptance design phase begins. This phase may be broken down in several steps, depending on complexity and risk. We try to do as much conceptual design and even some rapid prototyping in the Requirements phase, but we can only afford so much. Since with custom automation we are doing stuff that at least in part has never been done before - there is always some amount of risk involved. The goal early on in this phase is to prove out the unknowns and to minimize the risk going forward.

Upon final acceptance we ship, install and commission at your facility in real world production environment for years to come our dedicated ongoing.
